Welcome to “Wild About Reading,” a Book Blog for kids and their caregivers.

We’re a bunch of animals that LOVE chatting about books, authors, illustrators….pretty much everything library! Our reading interests are as varied as our appearances, so you’re sure to find a kindred book buddy.

Children and caregivers are welcome to respond to anything we’ve written by clicking on the “comment” button at the end of each post. Happy Earth Day!

Earth Day is a very special day, not only for me and my animal friends, but ALL living creatures that inhabit our wonderful world. Join us in celebrating today with books about the earth and the ways we can help keep it beautiful. Of course, my favorite title is,  Me...Jane by Patrick McDonnell, which is about my good friend and primatologist, Jane Goodall when she was about your age.
